PAWPAW is a pop-up restaurant dedicated to showcasing the ingredients farmed, fished, and foraged on the North Fork of Long Island. On select Saturday evenings, PAWPAW convenes at The Lin Beach House in Greenport to create a five course tasting menu celebrating the bounty that makes the North Fork such a magical place. The result is an ever-rotating multi-course culmination of the season's harvest. We look forward to hosting you soon.

SATURDAY AUGUST 24th - 5pm and 8pm. PAWPAW welcomes winemaker Robin Epperson-McCarthy of Saltbird Cellars! Robin's ethos is "Wine is ultimately a subjective experience. If you like it, drink it, and…do it with zeal!" She is committed (in the lunatic sense) to making very calculated wines in the rebel way. The Saltbird label represents the culmination of years of trans equatorial wine wanderings.
She applies learned methods from this and other cool climate regions to make
unique wines that honor the distinctive maritime terrior in which they are grown–
here in this place, at this time.
